1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by YaadWay Logistics, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

YaadWay Logistics provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:

  • International package forwarding

  • Air freight shipping to Jamaica

  • Local delivery services

  • Online shopping assistance

  • Package handling and processing

  • Shipment notifications and tracking updates

Our goal is to provide reliable, secure, and efficient shipping services for individuals and businesses across Jamaica.

3. Service Areas

YaadWay Logistics operates from Port Maria, St. Mary and provides delivery services in:

  • St. Mary

  • St. Ann

Delivery services outside Port Maria may attract an additional delivery fee.

4. Delivery Policy

YaadWay Logistics provides delivery services within St. Mary and St. Ann.

  • Delivery within Port Maria may be arranged at standard rates.

  • Deliveries outside Port Maria attract a $300 delivery fee.

Customers will be contacted when their packages arrive and are ready for delivery or pickup.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the package.

Standard Shipping Rates

  • 1 lb: $500 per lb

  • 2–5 lbs: $450per lb

  • 6–10 lbs: $450per lb

  • 11 lbs and over: $400 per lb

Weight Policy

All shipments are rounded according to standard shipping practices.

Example:
0.7 lb is charged as 1 lb

6. Shipment Notifications

Customers will receive shipment notifications when packages arrive.

Notifications may be sent via:

  • WhatsApp

  • SMS

  • Email

Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact information is correct.

7. Online Shopping Assistance

YaadWay Logistics offers Online Shopping Assistance for customers who may not have access to credit cards or international payment methods.

This service allows customers to:

  • Order products from overseas retailers

  • Have purchases processed on their behalf

  • Ship items to Jamaica through YaadWay Logistics

Customers must provide accurate product details and make payment before orders are processed.

8. Rewards & Loyalty Program

YaadWay Logistics offers loyalty incentives to reward our customers.

Referral Program

Customers receive:

  • $250 referral credit

  • $250 new customer credit

Rewards are activated after the first shipment exceeding $2,000.

Loyalty Points

Customers earn:

  • 1 point for every $1 spent

Points may be redeemed as follows:

  • 1000 points = $10 credit

Loyalty rewards are subject to change at the discretion of YaadWay Logistics.

9. Prohibited Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items shipped comply with local and international laws.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms or ammunition

  • Explosives or hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit or illegal goods

  • Perishable foods

  • Live animals

  • Cash or negotiable instruments

YaadWay Logistics reserves the right to refuse or confiscate restricted shipments.

10. Liability & Risk

All shipments are transported at the owner's risk.

YaadWay Logistics is not responsible for:

  • Vendor shipping errors

  • Incorrect customer shipping information

  • Delays caused by customs, airlines, or freight carriers

  • Damage due to insufficient packaging from vendors

  • Loss or damage caused by third-party carriers

11. Customs Duties

Certain items may attract customs duties or taxes as determined by Jamaican Customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for paying all applicable government fees before their packages are released.

12. Payment Policy

All shipping and service fees must be paid in full before packages are delivered or released.

Failure to settle balances may result in delayed delivery or storage of packages.

13. Uncollected Packages

Customers will be notified when their packages arrive.

Packages not collected within a reasonable time may incur storage fees.

YaadWay Logistics reserves the right to dispose of or auction packages left uncollected for extended periods.

14. Amendments

YaadWay Logistics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updates take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
